Important Exclusions
Our standard service does not include:
- Groundworks: We do not construct or level foundations. Installation requires a solid, level surface.
- Major Electrical Work: We only perform final connections to your existing outdoor socket. Major rewiring is not included.
- Removal of Existing Structures: We do not dismantle or remove old garden structures.
- Hazardous Site Conditions: We cannot install in areas obstructed by furniture, hot tubs, or debris.
Note: If installation cannot proceed due to site issues (e.g., uneven base, no power), a "Failed Visit Fee" may apply.
Requirements for a Successful Install
- Level Base: A solid, level surface is mandatory for the proper operation of glass walls and blinds.
- Power Supply: A live outdoor power socket must be available within 5m of the installation point.
- Clear Access: Ensure an installation site free of obstructions.
