Which pergola size will fit my garden?
Send photos and approximate measurements. We will suggest a practical standard size and explain the clearance needed around the structure.
What does the side-protection price include?
Each example states the exact number, type and length of the side walls used in that price. Roller blinds, privacy shutter walls and sliding glass doors are priced differently.
Can FlexPatio arrange installation?
Professional installation is available subject to your postcode, access and site conditions. We will confirm the service and price before you order.
Can a pergola be installed on grass?
A suitable level structural base is required. If the area is currently grass, groundwork will normally be needed before pergola installation.
Are groundwork and electrical connection included?
They are excluded from the example package prices unless specifically stated. Your quotation will identify the required base preparation and electrical work.
Do I need planning permission?
Requirements depend on the property, location, height, distance from boundaries and local rules. The homeowner should confirm the position with the relevant local planning authority before installation.
