Yes! Whilst our standard height is 2.5m, we offer custom heights up to 3m, as well as bespoke lengths and widths. Custom orders typically take about 3 months for precision manufacturing and delivery.

UK Planning Note: If installing close to a property boundary, structures over 2.5m in height may require local Planning Permission. We recommend checking with your local Council before ordering custom heights.

Yes, but with proper support. Because our pergolas weigh over 200kg, they cannot be anchored directly into decking boards alone. We recommend installing concrete footings beneath your deck joists at the post locations to securely bolt the base plates.

Every pergola includes a detailed step-by-step manual and video guide. Standard tools required include a spirit level, tape measure, impact drill, and spanner set. We recommend a team of 4 adults, and most standard models can be assembled in 3 to 4 hours.

Yes. The posts must sit on a level surface (variance within 10mm). If your patio has a natural drainage slope, we recommend levelling the post mounting spots or creating small concrete pads beforehand to ensure smooth operation of the louvre roof and side blinds.

We recommend a solid concrete base with a minimum thickness of 150mm for securely anchoring the expansion bolts. For soft ground or lawn installations, dedicated concrete footings must be poured first.

All wiring is safely concealed inside the aluminium posts and beams for a sleek appearance. A 5-metre heavy-duty outdoor mains cable extends from the base of the main post, ready to connect straight into your outdoor socket.

Yes! We offer electric beam heaters. Each heater is 1500W. Because our main pergola power system has a total capacity limit of 1800W, we strongly recommend running a separate, dedicated power line for each 1500W heater rather than connecting it to the pergola's main circuit. This avoids overloading the system and ensures safe operation.
