Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices shown on our UK website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund the full price of the goods plus standard delivery costs, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
